Creative Stillness

Creative Stillness

What if Stillness is the Most Courageous Thing You Can Do Right Now?

We don’t need to strive to be picture-perfect or always producing to be well and judge ourselves as being "good".
So, how can we cultivate a healthy dose of CREATIVE STILLNESS?

I’ve been feeling quieter than what seems “right” for these times we’re in, and at first thought I suspected it to be the classic burnout– but I've realized it’s something else.

Of course, there's a strangeness to midyear, and honestly, summer usually brings with it big feelings– ones that feel like perpetual Sunday blues (as a kid, this feeling was haunting).

We can’t run from these repeating feels.

Especially with this huge astrological timepiece, where we have are supported to evolve your approach to life and experience of your time (time can either become a villian or bittersweet).

This is time to re-calibrate with care, mindfulness and a lot of self-reflection on foundational values. How are you being invited to PURPOSELY PAUSE? How can you fine-tune yourself as creative earthling?

Q: Can you release the pressure to 'make the most of summer?’ Not just because that’s the voice of capitalism, but because it’s loaded with expectation?!

Q: What is your soul craving below the surface?

Q: What is your mysterious “something” that allows you to regenerate courage naturally?

Suggestions to inspire reflection:

  • Digital Astrology Calendar pocket astrologer helping you follow the planetary movements. A digital calendar plugin to use astrology, each month filled with entrys! Filled with celestial wisdom, to help you experience deeper the energy and learn a bit more about astrology. *All levels.
  • Celestial Circle a monthly virtual gathering where we talk about the astro season ahead, q&a and community meditation.

You don’t have to be productive to bee prolific. If you’re feeling exhausted, reframe and rebrand it as Creative Stillness–  it’s a wise nervous system response to an overwhelming world.

with love & care, Chelsee
