Refund policy

What is your return policy? (for US domestic orders)
If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt; if it's past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order.

What items are returnable?
Items that are unused, and unopened. Any returned items that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How soon will I get a refund?
Once your item is returned back to our kitchen and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued, typically within 1-3 business days.

My package never arrived. Do I receive a refund?
A claim will have to be submitted via email to us, prior to receiving a refund. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide a full or partial refund.

What items are non-refundable?
Items purchased under a sale or promotional period with discounted retail value are non-refundable. All sales are final.

A product didn’t agree with me. Can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a product, simply return it to us for a partial refund. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Start by submitting a claim to [consciousseedapotheca@gmail.com]. Then ship to our facility at 10991 Grog Run Rd. Loveland OH. with your name, order number, and reason for return.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please email us to file a claim for the damaged item. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please include photos of all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself.
