I’ve had awful seasonal/environmental allergies my whole life. I’m allergic to “all trees and grass” according to the doctor but I love spending time outdoors so I just load up on antihistamines. Since using this daily I’ve noticed my allergies are bothering me a lot less!! Even as pollen season ramps up I’m only taking 1 antihistamine a day plus this, after years of taking at least 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime. I’m repurchasing as soon as it’s back in stock!!
I first tried this as directed and became VERY sleepy! I realized it has Rhodiola in it and I knew I was sensitive to that but forgot. Now I add 3-5 drops to a beverage instead of a whole dropper and it helps my mood without making me sleepy.
