Tastes great and is a nice afternoon ritual

I got this partially for the ingredients and partially to add some mindfulness into my afternoon routine. Making the matcha gives me the opportunity to stop, breathe, stretch, and then feel like I’m indulging myself even though it’s a healthy tea latte I’m drinking!

Best matcha powder I’ve used!

Absolutely love the morphic matcha. I have been drinking matcha only for about a year now. I gave up coffee when I became pregnant, so one cup of matcha in the morning has become my new routine. I’ve tried about 5 different powders over this last year and morphic matcha is by far my favorite! The blue color is also just a delightful surprise 🦋
