Reconnect with your inner energy through gentle movements, focused breathing, and meditation. This session is designed to cultivate balance, regulate your nervous system, and enhance vitality by harmonizing the flow of energy within your body.

Nourishing Your Inner Ecosystem: An Elixir-Making Workshop with Chelsee Joel

This workshop provides a hands-on approach to stress regulation and the practical applications of herbalism for achieving balance in your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore the ecosystem of the nervous system, tracing its journey and uncovering ways to support it using medicinal herbs and functional mushrooms. During our time together, you will create a herbal elixir that will help you understand how these remedies influence your inner ecosystem and promote harmony in your life. By the end of the session, you will leave with a nourishing and delicious elixir to take home, empowering you to incorporate herbal care into your daily rituals.
