I have been adding this to my daily morning latte, and it really helps me to start my day in a positive mood.
This is my favorite matcha by far & I have had so many! It tastes great and I feel all the great benefits of green tea when I drink it. I only wish it was available in a bigger size.
I absolutely love this Mind Brew. I had been looking for alternatives to coffee. Once I got sober a decade ago, I started drinking coffee… a lot. Too often throughout the day for it to be “good for me” (most likely) and then I saw someone tag Conscious Seed on IG and I liked the vibe of the site so I decided to shift completely and make mushroom lattes in the morning. Adding a spoon on this Mind Brew into my special mug, helped me feel connected. Just using their products, as a morning ritual, helped me to get grounded beyond what even the jar provided. You feel a part of.
When I feel anxious and think I’m not going to sleep well bc of the day, I fix me a cup of Kava and will sleep like I have no worries.
Mind Brew, gotta try it! I am a generous person and love to sit with a girlfriend and/or daughter and chat while enjoying our Mind Brew. Except when I’m down to the last little bit. 😉
